We can diagnose your computer if you have a good internet connection. Computer diagnostics are needed if you have any software problems, possible infections, several pop-ups, or a fairly new computer that is freezing or running slow.
What's needed for this service:
Computer must power on and load to operating system
Good internet connection
Computer must not be older than 8 years
Cannot be a hardware issue
done Computers less than 8 years of age
