Due to the age and limits of computers, our remote service is limited to newer computers. If you're not sure you can still make and appointment and we can check for you.
Unfortunately we can't fix physical issues remotely. Things like a dying hard drive, broken screens, or any other broken components.
In order to complete our service, we need the computer or device to turn on, be able to get on to the internet and have a reliable interent connection.
There are things we can't repair remotely such as broken devices or computers that wont turn on but almost everthing else we can give it a try. Keep in mind we have a no fix-no pay policy for extra peace of mind.View Requirements
We have a very simple and secure process to get connected and you'll be able to watch the entire process. We may need your help to verify the issue has been resolved and check to see if you have any other questions.
If we were able to resolve your issue, we'll take payment at the end of the service. In the event that we weren't able to resolve your issue, you don't pay. Simple as that.
Devices and componets become outdated and any repairs attempted may be only temporary. Eventually these devices get to a point where it may not make sense financially to keep putting money into them.
We have a no fix-no pay policy and If we determined within our alloted time that we couldn't fix the issue, you don't pay.
Not here. We have a clear and upfront pricing on all our services and we'll go over any charges before we proceed with the service.
Without a reliable internet connection, we will not be able to connect or perform our job efficiently.
Unfortunately we can't work on your device if you're using it. But we can typically schedule an appointment when you won't be using it.
RemoteOver.com also has a plan for the business that has occasional IT issues but not enough to offset the monthly recurring plans.
