There are things we can't repair remotely such as broken devices or computers that wont turn on but almost everthing else we can give it a try. Keep in mind we have a no fix-no pay policy for extra peace of mind.

3. Our tech will call you to start working on your issue

We have a very simple and secure process to get connected and you'll be able to watch the entire process. We may need your help to verify the issue has been resolved and check to see if you have any other questions.

4. Receive Payment

If we were able to resolve your issue, we'll take payment at the end of the service. In the event that we weren't able to resolve your issue, you don't pay. Simple as that.
